Technical audit & remediation
Crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonical logic, structured data. We find what’s blocking you and fix it rather than emailing you a spreadsheet.
Service I · Search
Search engine optimisation that earns rankings — and then keeps them.
Ranking isn’t a trick anymore. It’s the compound result of a technically sound site, content that answers a real question better than anyone else has, and authority you’ve genuinely earned. We do all three, in that order.
The problem
Keywords picked for search volume instead of buying intent. Blog posts written for a crawler rather than a person. Technical debt nobody has audited in two years. Backlinks bought from places that quietly do more harm than good.
None of that is exotic. It’s just what happens when SEO gets treated as a monthly content quota instead of a commercial exercise. The fix usually isn’t more articles — it’s fewer, aimed properly, on a site that isn’t fighting itself.
Traffic is a vanity metric until you can trace it to revenue.
What’s included
Every engagement starts with the audit. What follows depends on what it finds.
Crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonical logic, structured data. We find what’s blocking you and fix it rather than emailing you a spreadsheet.
Every target term sorted by what the searcher actually wants — to learn, to compare, or to buy — then mapped to a specific page. No two pages competing for the same query.
Titles, headings, internal linking, entity coverage and page structure rebuilt around the intent each page is meant to serve.
We plan and write the pages worth ranking: comparison pages, buyer guides, service pages, the long-tail nobody else bothered with. Written by people, edited hard.
Links earned through things worth linking to — data, commentary, partnerships, placements. Nothing bought from a network.
Google Business Profile, citations, reviews and location pages, for anyone whose customers search with a place attached.
Every month you don’t fix the foundations, a competitor who did gets a little further ahead. The good news is that it works the same way in your favour.
How it runs
The same rhythm every time, so you always know what’s happening and why.
A full technical, content and authority read of where you stand and why. You get the findings in plain language, ranked by what will move the needle first.
Keywords sorted by intent and mapped to pages. A clear picture of what exists, what needs rewriting, and what needs building.
Fixes shipped, pages written, links earned. Work goes live continuously rather than landing in one quarterly dump.
Monthly review of rankings, traffic quality and conversions. We double down on what’s working and quietly retire what isn’t.
What you actually receive
No mystery retainer. Here’s what lands in your inbox.
Every issue found, ranked by impact, with the fix and who owns it.
Your full target set, mapped page by page.
What we’re publishing, when, and the query it’s built to win.
Written, structured and shipped, not handed over as drafts.
So authority actually flows to the pages that sell.
Rankings, qualified traffic, conversions, and what changes next.
Questions we get asked
Technical fixes can move things within weeks. Content and authority realistically take three to six months to show properly, and keep compounding after that. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either bidding on your brand name or lying.
No, and neither can anyone else — nobody controls Google’s index. What we do commit to is a clear diagnosis, work that’s actually shipped, and reporting honest enough that you can judge us on it.
We write it. If you have in-house writers we’ll happily brief and edit them instead — that’s often cheaper and the voice is more authentic.
More than ever, because AI answers are largely assembled from pages that already rank. Strong SEO is the foundation AI visibility is built on. We treat that as a separate, complementary service.
Entirely. The pages, the content, the accounts, the documentation. No hostage-taking.
No pressure · No pitch deck
One conversation about search engine optimisation and what it would actually take. If we’re not the right studio for it, we’ll say so.
SEO has a credibility problem in India, and it is deserved. But the version that actually works looks almost nothing like the version that got sold.
Three things move rankings. Everything else is downstream of them.
Where most audits find the cheapest wins.
Pages blocked in robots.txt that should not be. Canonical tags pointing at the wrong URL. Parameter URLs creating thousands of duplicates. A JavaScript framework rendering content Google never sees.
Most Indian traffic is mobile and a large share is not on good bandwidth. Core Web Vitals matter because they proxy whether a page is usable, not because Google says so.
How authority flows between pages, and whether your most commercial pages are three clicks from the homepage or nine.
The most common failure we find is content written for a keyword rather than for the question behind it. A 2,000-word article targeting “CRM software” when everyone searching that term wants a comparison table and a price.
Informational, commercial, transactional and navigational queries need structurally different pages. Ranking a blog post for a transactional query does not convert.
Length is a symptom, not a factor. Depth means covering what the query genuinely requires, then stopping.
Authority is earned through work worth citing — original data, tools, genuinely better resources — and through digital PR.
The sites selling links in bulk sell them to everyone, including your competitors and eventually to businesses Google penalises. You inherit that neighbourhood.

Keyword research mapped to intent and to specific pages, so you can see what exists, what needs rewriting and what needs building. Terms separated by commercial intent, because ranking for high-volume informational queries that never convert is a vanity exercise.
Then execution: technical fixes shipped, pages written or rewritten, internal linking restructured, schema implemented, authority built through outreach a human would actually respond to.
Monthly you get rankings, organic traffic, and the number most agencies avoid — organic revenue or qualified leads.
If you serve a specific geography the ranking factors shift.
Completeness, category selection, posting activity and photo freshness all carry weight a national campaign does not need.
Consistent name, address and phone across directories; review velocity rather than review count; and location pages with genuinely local content rather than a template with the city swapped. Our Delhi page is an example.
Low-competition long-tail terms: four to eight weeks. Meaningful traffic change: three to four months. Competitive commercial terms: six to twelve months, sometimes longer in finance, education and SaaS.
Cost depends on site size and term competitiveness, and we quote after the audit rather than before.
What we can say: a serious SEO engagement in India costs less per acquired customer than the equivalent paid campaign inside eighteen months, and more before that. If you need customers this quarter, performance marketing is the honest answer and we will say so.
Search engines and human beings want the same things, so website design and SEO overlap heavily. Speed, mobile layout, architecture and internal linking are simultaneously ranking and conversion factors.
Language models favour the same signals — clear structure, factual accuracy, coherent entity presence. Well-executed SEO produces AI visibility as a side effect, and doing both deliberately costs marginally more than doing one.
E-commerce SEO intersects at category and product pages, where technical structure, review schema and content quality decide whether you appear in searches that end in a purchase.
One page, not forty slides.
Position changes for the terms that carry commercial intent, with the search volume and the current click-through rate beside them. A position-three ranking on a term nobody clicks is not progress.
Sessions matter less than what they did. Where conversion tracking allows it, we report revenue or qualified leads from organic, which is the number that decides whether the engagement continues.
What broke, what we fixed, and what is still outstanding with a reason.
Three or four specific items, not a category list.
Whether to keep spending. If a report cannot be used to make that decision, it is decoration.
What did the audit find that surprised you? Which recommendation takes longest to pay off? Show me a client’s organic revenue chart, not their ranking report. What would make you tell a client to stop?
An agency that cannot answer the last one is selling a retainer.
