About the studio

We didn’t set out to build Another Agency

So we built the one we kept wishing existed.

Marketing Fanda is a small, deliberately stubborn team of strategists, creatives and data people. We take on fewer clients than we could, ask more questions than most agencies would, and refuse to send you a report you need a translator to read.

Our story

It started with A Very Familiar Problem

Every founder we met was being sold the same thing. Impressive-sounding decks. Dashboards nobody opened. Monthly calls that ended with everyone slightly less clear than when they started. Plenty of activity — very little that could be traced back to revenue.

We know, because we were the ones building it. Two friends in the same corporate office, running campaigns for brands we would never meet, inside a process that rewarded looking busy over getting anywhere. We spent about a year saying someone should do this properly. Then we stopped saying it and handed in our notice.

So we built the opposite. A studio where strategy comes before tactics, where the creative has a job to do, and where the reporting is short enough that you’ll actually read it. That’s the whole idea. Everything below is just how we keep that promise.

We’d rather tell you the uncomfortable thing in month one than the polite thing for a year.

What we believe

Five Things We won’t budge on

Not values on a wall. These are the arguments we’re willing to have with you.

I

Strategy before tactics

Nobody needs a reel until they know what the brand is for. We start with positioning, audience and the actual commercial goal — then decide what to make. It’s slower in week one and considerably faster by month three.

II

Numbers you can read without us

If a report needs a phone call to interpret, it’s a bad report. You get the handful of metrics that actually move your business, in plain language, with what we’re changing next month and why.

III

Creative earns its place

Beautiful work that doesn’t do a job is decoration. Every piece we make has a specific role — stop the scroll, carry the message, close the sale — and we test whether it did it.

IV

Small on purpose

We cap how many brands we take on. It means the people you meet in the pitch are the people doing the work, and nothing gets quietly handed to a junior you’ve never spoken to.

V

No jargon, no theatre

No sixty-slide decks, no invented acronyms, no pretending a bad month was a good one. We’ll tell you what worked, what didn’t, and what we’re doing about it — in the same words we’d use with a friend.

The short version

We care whether it works More Than It Looks Good

Which, happily, is usually the thing that makes it look good too.

How we work

Four steps, No Mystery

The same rhythm on every project, whether it’s a full rebrand or a single campaign.

01

Listen

A proper conversation before a proposal. Your goals, your margins, what’s already been tried, and what you’re quietly worried about. No deck.

02

Diagnose

We audit what exists — positioning, funnel, ad accounts, site, search presence — and come back with the honest read, including the parts you won’t enjoy hearing.

03

Build

Strategy first, then the work: creative, campaigns, pages, content. Shipped in tight cycles so you see output early rather than a big reveal at the end.

04

Measure & sharpen

One short report a month, one call, one clear set of changes. We keep the winners, kill the losers, and compound the difference.

The people

The ones you’ll Actually Work With

There are two of us. No account-manager buffer — you talk to the people making the work, every time.

Let’s find out whether We’re a Fit

One honest conversation. If we’re not the right studio for you, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

About Marketing Fanda

Marketing Fanda started because founders kept showing us reporting they could not act on. Forty slides a month, and still no answer to what a customer costs.

The reports were not wrong. They were built to be shown rather than used. Reach, impressions, engagement rate, a graph trending up and to the right with no axis on the left. Meanwhile the founder still could not say what a customer cost to acquire, or which channel paid for itself.

What We Set Out to Build

An agency where the reporting is short enough to read and specific enough to act on. Where the person running your account is the person you speak to. Where the recommendation is what we would do with our own money, not what protects the retainer.

That shaped three decisions unusual for an agency our size.

We Audit Before We Pitch

Every engagement opens with a full read of your positioning, funnel, ad accounts, site and search presence. Sometimes that audit ends with us telling a business they do not need us yet — that they have a product or pricing problem no amount of media spend will fix. We have lost work this way. We would rather lose it at the start than six months in.

We Keep Teams Small and Senior

No account-management layer between you and the people doing the work. The strategist who builds your plan sits with the person running the campaigns. This is the main reason we cap how many clients we take on.

We Report on Decisions, Not Activity

A month compresses into one report, one call and one clear set of changes. What we kept, what we killed, what we are testing next, and what it cost.

What We Have Learned Running These Channels

Most Ad Accounts Have a Creative Problem, Not a Targeting Problem

Platforms got better at finding buyers than any manual audience build. The lever that used to matter most now matters least, and the levers that matter — creative volume and landing page quality — are the ones most accounts neglect. This is why performance marketing and website design so often get bought together.

Most SEO Failures Are Not Algorithmic

They are the result of publishing content nobody searched for, on a site search engines struggle to crawl. Our SEO work opens with a technical and intent audit for exactly this reason.

Brand Is a Margin Argument, Not a Design Argument

When two companies offer similar things at similar prices, the one with a clearer position wins more of the market at a better margin and holds price under pressure. That is the business case for brand management.

AI Assistants Are Now Part of the Research Path

An increasing share of buyers research inside ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. If those models cannot find a coherent account of who you are, you are absent from a channel your competitors already appear in. That is the entire premise of our AI visibility practice.

How We Measure Ourselves

Not by awards, and not by client count. By whether the businesses we work with are still growing in year two, and whether their marketing is easier to run than when we arrived.

The Numbers We Quote

Fifty-plus brands. An average 4.2× return on managed ad spend. Eighteen million impressions delivered. Ninety-two per cent client retention.

Why Averages Deserve Scepticism

A 4.2× average spans categories with very different margins, and you should treat any agency’s headline ROAS — including ours — with suspicion until you know the category. A 3× return at sixty per cent gross margin is excellent. The same 3× at twenty per cent is a loss wearing a win’s clothes. We will walk you through the maths on a call.

Where We Are Based

Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, on the eastern edge of Delhi NCR, working with clients across India. Most work happens remotely with quarterly in-person sessions where they help. If you are in NCR and prefer to start face to face, the Delhi page has the local detail.

What the First Ninety Days Look Like

Weeks One to Three — Audit and Access

We get access to analytics, ad accounts and search console, and run the full read. You do very little in this period beyond answering questions about the business that the data cannot answer.

Weeks Four to Six — Roadmap and First Fixes

The plan lands, and so do the quick technical wins that do not need debate — tracking corrections, obvious page speed problems, campaign structure repairs. We do not wait for sign-off on a strategy document to fix something that is plainly broken.

Weeks Seven to Twelve — Build and First Review

Sustained execution against the roadmap, and the first monthly review where we can honestly compare something to something.

Why We Do Not Promise Results in Month One

Because the first month is mostly measurement repair, and measurement repair usually makes the numbers look worse before they look better. An agency reporting a dramatic month-one improvement has generally either changed the attribution window or found a reporting error and taken credit for it.

Who Actually Does the Work

Small senior teams, capped client counts, and the person on your kickoff call still on your account in month twelve. If you want to know who specifically would run your account, ask on the first call and we will tell you by name.

How to Choose a Digital Marketing Agency

Three Questions Worth Asking Everyone You Shortlist

“What will you stop doing if it does not work?”

An agency with no answer is selling a retainer, not a result.

“Who exactly runs my account day to day?”

If the people in the pitch are not the people doing the work, ask to meet the ones who are.

“Show me a report you sent a client last month.”

Redacted is fine. This single request separates the field faster than any credentials deck.

When you are ready, start a conversation — no pitch, no pressure, no sales script.
